Pacific Construction is proud to announce the completion of the Cedar Apartments lobby renovations in downtown Seattle. Owned by Saratoga Capital, Cedar Apartments is a class A apartment complex that recently underwent a complete demo of its existing lobby and upgrades to its MEP system, as well as the addition of new modern finishes. The result is a stunning, high-end space that will be sure to impress residents and guests alike.
One of the major upgrades that we completed was a complete demo of the existing lobby. This allowed us to start fresh and build a space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our team of experienced contractors worked tirelessly to ensure that the demolition was carried out efficiently and effectively, with minimal disruption to the residents of Cedar Apartments.
We also carried out extensive upgrades to the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This involved replacing outdated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems with modern, energy-efficient alternatives.
