Following an unexpected incident in Bellevue, where a vehicle collision caused significant damage to the Overlake Medical Clinic at Lake Hills Village in Bellevue, Junk B Gone was called upon by the property managers and was quick to respond and immediately begin cleaning up the mess only a few hours after the accident happened. Recognizing the extent of the damage, they recommended Pacific Building Group to the property manager for immediate repairs of the broken windows and damaged siding. Pacific Construction is proud to announce the completion of the Cedar Apartments lobby renovations in downtown Seattle. Owned by Saratoga Capital, Cedar Apartments is a class A apartment complex that recently underwent a complete demo of its existing lobby and upgrades to its MEP system, as well as the addition of new modern finishes. The result is a stunning, high-end space that will be sure to impress residents and guests alike.
Our Pacific Ironworks division recently completed the installation of a staircase at the Costco Distribution Center being built in Tumwater. The Costco Distribution center is a 1.1M square foot facility, located on 79 acres, developed by CRG and being constructed by Clayco Construction.
We’re excited to share that Pacific Construction Services has completed a one building exterior mockup at the Sherwood Garden Apartments, located near the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, WA.
