Pacific Construction is proud to announce the completion of the Cedar Apartments lobby renovations in downtown Seattle. Owned by Saratoga Capital, Cedar Apartments is a class A apartment complex that recently underwent a complete demo of its existing lobby and upgrades to its MEP system, as well as the addition of new modern finishes. The result is a stunning, high-end space that will be sure to impress residents and guests alike.

We’re excited to share that Pacific Construction Services has completed a one building exterior mockup at the Sherwood Garden Apartments, located near the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, WA.
