Owned by Saratoga Capital, Cedar Apartments is a class A apartment complex that recently underwent a complete demo of its existing lobby and upgrades to its MEP system, as well as the addition of new modern finishes. Our Pacific Ironworks division recently completed the installation of a staircase at the Costco Distribution Center being built in Tumwater. The Costco Distribution center is a 1.1M square foot facility, located on 79 acres, developed by CRG and being constructed by Clayco Construction.
